  1. Step 1

    In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients and mix until the sugar is dissolved. 30 minutes of marinating the salmon after adding it

  2. Step 2

    Chargrill the salmon for 3 minutes, or until medium rare, making sure the outside is well-colored. 

  3. Step 3

    After giving the salmon a five-minute rest, flake the flesh into a basin. Add all of the salad's remaining components, excluding the peanuts, shallots, and chili. Mix them thoroughly

  4. Step 4

    Spread the salad onto a serving dish. Serve with sauce and garnish with the peanuts, shallots, and chilli.

Note

The temperatures shown for conventional ovens should be lowered by 20 degree Celsius if using fan-forced
