Ingredients
  • 400 grams Hokkien Flat Noodles
  • 2 Roasted Duck Breast (sliced)
  • 10 Shitake Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 Chinese leek stalks (sliced)
  • 1 Red Chili (sliced)
  • For the Tangy Sauce
  • 75 grams Chinese celery
  • 50 milliliters lime juice
  • 50 milliliters water
  • 110 grams Pickled Chye Sim
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
  • 4 Green Chili Padi
  • 100 grams Plum Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai Fish Sauce
Instructions
  1. Blend the ingredients for the Tangy Sauce in a blender until they are completely smooth. Place aside

  2. In a frying pan with medium heat, stir-fry Chinese Leek before adding Hokkien Flat Noodles and cooking until aromatic

  3. Add in Roast Duck Breast pieces and Shitake Mushrooms and 5 tbsp of blended tangy sauce

  4. To serve, garnish with red chili.
