For the Tangy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients for the Tangy Sauce in a blender until they are completely smooth. Place aside

  2. In a frying pan with medium heat, stir-fry Chinese Leek before adding Hokkien Flat Noodles and cooking until aromatic

  3. Add in Roast Duck Breast pieces and Shitake Mushrooms and 5 tbsp of blended tangy sauce

  4. To serve, garnish with red chili.
