Soy Braised Chicken Wing Recipe by Chef Eric Teo

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put all herbs in a soup bag

  2. In a stock pot, bring water to a boil 

  3. Add in the soup bag and the rest of the ingredients

  4. Simmer the stock for 24 hrs

  5. Rinse chicken wings and drain the water

  6. Bring the stock to a boil, then add the chicken wings. After that, turn off the heat

  7. Leave the chicken wings cook in the soy stock for 25 mins (without heat) 

  8. Serving
