Put all herbs in a soup bag

In a stock pot, bring water to a boil

Add in the soup bag and the rest of the ingredients

Simmer the stock for 24 hrs

Rinse chicken wings and drain the water
-
Bring the stock to a boil, then add the chicken wings. After that, turn off the heat
-
Leave the chicken wings cook in the soy stock for 25 mins (without heat)
