Difficulty: Beginner Servings: 1

Ingredients

Sauteed Pork Satay Bun

for Satay Mix

Instructions

  1. Sautee onion, when the onion is aromatic, add the satay marinade and cook it over a low flame before adding the remaining ingredients, excluding the coconut milk. Remove into a bowl then add coconut milk in. Keep in use

  2. Add 80 grams of pork fillet and 50 grams of satay mix

  3. After an hour of marinating, deep fry the pork for a short time (few minutes) in medium-heat oil, remove from the oil, and then saute the pork for a few minutes over high heat in a wok to get it caramelised. Remove and set aside. Prepare deep-fried Man Tou, then top with shredded lettuce and cucumber, caramelized onion, and pork satay

Note

Without the buns, you may make this recipe using chicken and serve it with rice
