Using a pestle and mortar, pound the garlic, peppercorns, coriander roots, and coriander seeds

Stir in the cornstarch, vegetable oil, sugar, honey, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly

Meanwhile, soak eight wooden skewers in water for a bit.

Heat a grill or griddle to a high temperature. In the meantime, skewer the marinated pork (2 or 3 slices per skewer).

Grill (or griddle) the skewers for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until fully done

Combine the ingredients of the dipping sauce. Mix them well

Serve the skewers with the dipping sauce and sticky rice
