Ingredients
  • 2 pounds shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup tomato (fresh tomatoes, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup wine (white wine)
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Set the oven to 375 degrees. In a cast-iron skillet, combine all the ingredients and bake for 10 minutes

  2. Step 2

    If wanted, serve with crusty French bread to sop up the sauces and serve over rice or pasta.

Note

The shrimp cooks best if you divide the dish into two batches, unless you have a very large skillet.
