Instructions

  1. Generously rub the marinade mixture into the fish's skin on both sides.

  2. Insert the basil, galangal, garlic, lemongrass, and coriander stalks inside the fish.

  3. Depending on size, wrap the fish in foil and put it on the barbeque grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the flesh flakes easily.

  4. Prepare the dipping sauce by combining the ingredients together while the fish is frying. Ensure that all of the sugar has been dissolved

  5. Place a bowl of sticky rice or rice noodles and some salad on the side before serving the fish in the foil
