  • 3 potatoes
  • cornstarch (enough)
  • grated cheddar cheese (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  1. Grate the potatoes that have been peeled and then boiled. When it's cooked, strain the potatoes then put them in cold water

  2. Strain the potatoes again, transfer them to an empty container

  3. Mix the potatoes with grated cheddar cheese, add salt, pepper and cornstarch

  4. Form the dough into hash brown then fry in hot oil until cooked

  5. Remove, drain and serve
