    For clay pot rice
  • 2000 grams Chicken Boneless Leg (cut cubes)
  • 60 grams Chinese Mushroom (pre soaked)
  • 50 grams Chinese Sausage (Chicken) (sliced)
  • 100 grams Chye Sim
  • 50 grams Shallot Oil
  • 30 grams Salted Fish
  • 1000 grams Rice
  • 100 grams Water
  • For the marinade
  • 20 grams Sesame Oil
  • 30 grams Light Soya Sauce
  • 30 grams Dark Soya Sauce
  • 20 grams Hua Tiao Jiu
  • 20 grams Ginger
Instructions
  1. Chicken cubes should be marinated in a basin for two hours

  2. Rinse the rice three times

  3. Rice, water, Chinese sausage, mushrooms, salted fish, and chicken should all be added to the rice cooker

  4. Add chye sim and shallot oil just five minutes before the rice is finished cooking
