  1. Start to bring the tamarind juice and broth to a boil in a pot (lime juice optional)

  2. All of the vegetables specified should be thinly sliced and added to a soup dish.

  3. The dried fish should be shredded to the desired size and added to the soup bowl.

  4. Lay the four slices of the boiled egg on top of the dry fish.

  5. Place a lid on the soup bowl after adding the boiling stock, then wait for 5–7 minutes. Allow each component to release its aroma
