Cambodian Duck Eggs Omelete with Climbing Wattle Recipe by Chef Luu Meng

This quick Cambodian dish, Porng Tea Chean Sa Om in Khmer language, takes less than 15 minutes to prepare.   1. Climbing wattle should first be washed and finely chopped, then left aside.

  2. Duck eggs should be cracked into a bowl. Add the chosen seasoning and whip the mixture.

  3. Preheating the pan on medium heat, add cooking oil and chopped garlic. Then put the mixture of the egg and herbs into the pan.

  4. Let the egg fry until it turns crispy brown, then reduce the heat to prevent burning.

  5. Cut tomato and cucumber into bits, serve on the side
