Climbing wattle should first be washed and finely chopped, then left aside.

Duck eggs should be cracked into a bowl. Add the chosen seasoning and whip the mixture.

Preheating the pan on medium heat, add cooking oil and chopped garlic. Then put the mixture of the egg and herbs into the pan.

Let the egg fry until it turns crispy brown, then reduce the heat to prevent burning.

Cut tomato and cucumber into bits, serve on the side
