  • 800 grams seafood of your choice (such as prawn, squid, red snapper, and crab)
  • 4 white onions (chopped)
  • 5 red chilies
  • 3 chili padi
  • 1 teaspoon belacan
  • 2 tablespoons fish curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 handful sweet basil leaves
  • sugar (to taste)
  1. Pulverize the red chiles, cili padi, belacan, and white onions

  2. Heat oil. The crushed chilies, oyster sauce, and curry powder are sauteed in hot oil until aromatic.

  3. Seafood and a little water should be added. Fry for two minutes.

  4. Finally add Kaffir lime leaves, basil, and a dash of sugar

  5. Serving
