Singaporean chef Justin Quek resides in Singapore. Franco-Asian cuisine is his area of expertise. He is the most well-known chef outside of Singapore and the first Asian chef to be accepted into Lufthansa's Star Chefs program.
Quek pursued his culinary education in Singapore, France. He successfully opened and run 3 restaurants in Taipei, Shanghai before selling them all and returned Singapore in 2010.
In Singapore, Quek inaugurated the "Sky On 57" at Marina Bay Sands. The eatery offers a view of the Singapore skyline and features a variety of Franco-Asian dishes.
