• Chef Hung Huynh, a Vietnamese-American, won the reality culinary competition series Top Chef's third season in 2007.  Huynh holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in restaurants such as Per Se and Gilt in New York City. He was the executive sous chef at the Guy Savoy restaurant in Las Vegas at the time that season three of Top Chef was running. He previously served as the Executive Chef at Catch, The General, and Catch Miami.
