Chef Ton is the founder and chef at Le Du, Baan and Nusara, the most famous and trending fine-dining restaurants in Bangkok at the moment. In the 2019 Michelin Guide, Le Du has been awarded with a first star. In 2021, Nusara got MICHELIN PLATES and won ASIA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021, at the place of 20th.
Chef Ton has experience working at a number of Michelin-starred establishments in New York, including Eleven Madison Park, The Modern, and Jean Georges. In addition to his love of cooking, he also has a passion for wine, which inspired him to pursue certification as a sommelier from the prestigious Court of Master Sommelier.
