One of the most recognizable names in Thai cuisine today is Chef Pam, a critically regarded chef, food consultant, and television personality. In 2011, at the age of 21, she became the youngest chef to ever win Les Disciples d'Escoffier's "ASIA YOUTH HOPE COOKING" competition. Before it became well-known and grew internationally, Chef Pam launched The Table by Chef Pam, the first fine dining establishment/restaurant ever in Bangkok. After that she came to New York to pursue her culinary training at THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA. Chef Pam started working at Jean-Georges after graduating with excellent honors and receiving first place awards in management and culinary. Jean-Georges consistently receives four stars from the New York Times and three Michelin stars for his delectably prepared dishes that combine French, American, and Asian flavors.
