Rotanak Ros, often known as Chef Nak, is a chef and cookbook author from Cambodia. In 2019, Rotanak published "Nhum: Recipes from a Cambodian Kitchen," a collection of about 80 traditional Cambodian recipes from different regions of the country, in both English and Khmer, following a successful Kickstarter campaign. In 2020, the cookbook won Gourmand Awards in the categories of "Woman chef book" and "Published in Asia." When Chef Nak's cookbook became available on Amazon in April 2021, The New York Times ran a profile on her. Later that year, the American publication Taste of Home named Rotanak one of "10 Asian Chefs and Innovators Who Have Changed the Way We Eat." The travel publication Travel + Leisure listed Chef Nak Home Dining as one of the "14 of the Best Dining Experiences Around the World" in May 2022.
