Arnold was born and grew up in the culinary as both his grandma and mother was a pastry chef. He had his first taste of the kitchen at the youthful age of 14, while residing in Australia. Arnold began as a junior kitchen hand, worked as a server, bartender, and a barista before discovering that his true calling was behind the stove.
Arnold never got any official training in cooking; instead, he developed his skills through instinct and intuition. Arnold has established himself as one of Indonesia's leading celebrity chefs today as a result of his several successful openings and the exposure that followed, earning him a position on the MasterChef Indonesia judging panel.
